Zero, The Twilight Thief

Reiji spends the entire month to prepare the next robbery of him as Zero.

Meticulous. Relying on luck can't be part of the plan.

At first glance he doesn't seem dangerous, but his voice doesn't tremble when he threatens to kill anyone who gets in the way of his plans. He is crazy in the eyes of the police and society: there is no other explanation for his actions.

Zero reveals himself at first on March 1 of the current year. To do this, that same day he sends a note to the Police advising that at sunset he will rob his first victim.

Also send the same notes to the press, which prevents the police from hiding the thefts.

He becomes the first delinquent to escape Koichi's relentless hands, repeatedly, despite giving him the upper hand with his theft notes. The first thing he says to Koichi at their first encounter and in a mocking way, is that he will spare his life if he becomes his witness and doesn't meddle in the robbery.

In addition to stealing what was advertised, he usually dedicates a strange message to his victims ( sometimes just words and other times something more than that ).

The social alarm that Zero generates puts pressure on the Police, who decide that it is best to finish him off without condescension, but Koichi, who is responsible for deciding, prefers to capture him alive to find out what is behind such strange thefts.
