Yamada Koichi - SlayOut

The nickname was given to him by Minato. " Koichi, do you know what is a blackout ? " His intention was to give him an annoying touch so that he would work to avoid getting out of control.

His health is good and his medical examinations are correct; SlayOut is the result of an explosion of anger that grows with each disappointment experienced and ends up eclipsing his sanity.

Serious, introverted and reserved. Making or receiving jokes is out of order.

Despite being unsympathetic, he has a great sense of justice and always strives to do the right thing.

In addition to possessing strong and robust genetics, Koichi trains daily to improve his strength, skills, and reflexes. He never wastes time, which led to him graduating first place at the Police Academy, becoming a promising Inspector at just 25 years old.

He is also agile and smart. In short, his base stats are almost perfect, which explains why all the criminals who have stood up to him have ended up imprisoned by him ( except Zero ).

The only child of a well-structured family, with loving and kind parents, Koichi grew up surrounded by his love and education, but accepting the harsh disappointments that life and society inflicted on him ended up locking him in the cold personality that he has now.

Koichi was a calm, kind, obedient and diligent boy. Apart from his basic education, for which he was outstanding, his father, a lawyer by profession, taught him the values he holds and the meaning of justice. His mother, a surgeon, also taught him notions of medicine.

At the age of 9, he and his mother suffered a violent attack by the hands of a madman and were injured. As a result, they met Dynamo, who at that time was an Inspector and told the young Koichi that he had been very brave and that he would surely be a good policeman.

Koichi was always bigger and heavier than the rest of the children his age, which meant that he was teased and abused by other children. Despite the mockery, he did not react violently... Until one day, when he was 10 years old, he broke the arms of three children older than him. Thereafter he had more out of control episodes, infrequent but increasingly frightening as he grew older and stronger.

At the age of 17, he came across Minato, an aspiring Inspector in full action, and was captivated by his acting and charisma. That impulse ended up convincing him to become a policeman.

He studied criminology at the university and later agreed to the tests for Police Inspector, managing to finish all his studies and practices at the age of 25. Just the day the naming ceremony was taking place, his parents, who came to visit him for the ceremony, died in a traffic accident.

Koichi started working at Zone E's Main Police Station totally hopeless. His rude personality further complicated the situation, leaving him marginalized by his own peers and superiors.

At least he managed to befriend Minato, who became his only emotional support... But Bloody Yuki finished him off. Although he still has Dynamo, now a Commissioner and according to Koichi the person he respects the most, what he is left with is sadness, loneliness, and emptiness.
