She is a great strategist who does not forget the details when calculating or that her subordinates are more than numbers and have feelings.

She started out as a common Police Officer but rose quickly thanks to her skills and good work. He is currently one of the 6 Zone E's Brigade Coordinating Commissioners, a position with a heavy workload.

When she was an Inspector, he was in charge of investigating an incident with a madman who caused several minor traffic accidents and attacked civilians, including Koichi and his mother.

Surprised by Koichi's physical build and his bravery in trying to protect his mother at only 9 years old, she honestly encouraged him to think about becoming a policeman when he was older.

16 years later that boy, now 25 years old and recently become an Inspector, showed up at her Police Station. But unfortunately Koichi had just lost his parents and had difficulties working as a team, so Dynamo, feeling somehow responsible for helping him, interceded to assign him to the Investigation Squad and thus have him under his command.

Despite the fact that he assumes a great responsibility in the Police and that his time is very valuable, he tends to attend to Koichi, who is prone to disagreements with almost all of his coworkers, and especially with Commissioner General Ishii Arphen .

According to Koichi and despite the many problems she gives Dynamo, she is the person he respects the most.
