Toru

Rude. He would have sacrificed himself for his loved ones, but he was merciless with those who deserved it.

His family, his friends and colleagues were everything to him. The rest of the world mattered little to him and he did not forgive those who hurt his loved ones.

He had a wife who is pregnant. They bought a small house and were happy with their lives.

He had been working with Minato for about a decade, they knew each other well and trusted each other.

After Koichi appeared and became friends with Minato, Koichi participated in some complicated police interventions because Minato asked him for help. In some of those situations SlayOut appeared and Toru told Minato to avoid further association with him. It was evident that Toru did not like Koichi nor did he consider him trustworthy, despite the fact that he got them out from more than one jam.

When Minato was assigned Bloody Yuki's case, luckily Toru was with him, and he also took it on. Minato was prudent not to share the data with his entire group, but only with those who were with him at the time, which were Toru and Kota.

The three of them got fully involved in investigating Bloody Yuki, but they made little progress and the murders kept happening.

Finally, when Commissioner Corsalino Brocci gave them the opportunity to step back from the case, Toru's wife convinced him to do so, just like Kota did, leaving Minato alone on the case. However, abandoning the case was not enough to escape unscathed, as Toru and Kota also ended up dying.
